PPI Autoclave Isolation Valve
The PPI Valves Autoclave Isolation Valve has been specifically developed for severe service applications.
Designed as the highest performing valve on the market in autoclave feed, discharge, vent and sparge isolation duty. The bidirectional fixed-seat design allows operation with full differential pressure from either side while maintaining isolation integrity and process safety.
The PPI Valves Autoclave Isolation Valve is characterised by its simple and highly effective design. Incorporating a two-piece body, precision machined from forged stock, the PPI isolation valve can be produced in a wide range of size and class configurations.
PPI valves utilise precision assembly equipment and procedures to ensure reliable and repeatable in-service performance.
Our valves are fully manufactured and assembled in Australia by our skilled team of technicians.
The PPI Valve is fully serviceable which allows it to be installed as part of a rotable maintenance strategy at any autoclave operation. Replacement ball and seat sets, and soft goods are available from our manufacturing and service facility in Australia. We maintain our clients’ valves on a quick turnaround basis, both onsite and at our Australian facility, depending on their needs.
PPI Valves can upgrade existing valve internals in accordance with the PPI Valves ball and fixed-seat design. This allows for standardisation of inventory and utilisation of existing client equipment when seeking improved valve performance.
