About PPI Valves
PPI Valves is a company founded in 2016 by leading industry specialists from the fields of chemical, process and maintenance engineering.
The objective was to develop a better severe service isolation ball valve and to offer industry leading product support to our clients. In 2016, the PPI Valves maintenance facility on the Queensland Sunshine Coast was opened. PPI Valves expanded its personnel resource to include experienced specialists from the oil and gas industry and since then have been supporting the Australian oil and gas sector in providing maintenance and engineering services.
In 2024 PPI Valves opened its Upstream Services workshop in Miles in the Surat Basin to support our growing Coal Seam Gas client base. From this new facility our wellhead commissioning teams can respond to client needs more readily and we can support our clients with valve, actuation, controls and rotating equipment repairs, testing and calibration.

Our personnel have been involved with project phases from design through to construction and commissioning, as well as operations and maintenance for over 25 years. We support operational and maintenance requirements including the planning and execution of shutdowns as well as day-to-day maintenance along with commissioning of new plant and optimisation of existing plant. We have mobile field service vehicles ready to respond to any field breakdowns and we have a well equipment workshop that can perform most repairs locally.
PPI Valves has developed strong relationships with industry specialists in many of our core functions. Such relationships include suppliers of exotic materials and specialist seal and valve manufacturers. PPI Valves’s management team bring a unique set of skills and experience which work together to make your project a success. We offer both strategic and practical, hands-on experience of process equipment and the knowledge required to help solve your problems.
Experience in Valves Actuation and CONTROL
PPI Valves has in-house capability for general maintenance, refurbishment and provision of OEM and non-OEM spare parts and provision of replacement specification compliant complete valves, actution and controls. PPI Valves works with clients on reliability improvement projects to maximise value from assets and minimise unplanned downtime and repair times.
PPI Valves can maintain clients’ equipment either on site, with personnel embedded within a client organisation, or remotely at our workshop on the Sunshine Coast Queensland or from our Miles workshop in the Surat Basin.
